However, we’re all human and we have our off days. If we ever fall short and deliver less than we promised, we ask that you please let us know within 24 hours. We’re honored to be entrusted with your space and we work hard to keep it feeling clean, calm, and re-energized. We take several preventative measures to ensure an incredible house cleaning service, like being very selective when hiring, background checking, and providing extensive training both on-the-job and in advance.

While we don’t anticipate issues arising, we’re help to help if they do. Going forward, you can opt to continue with the same cleaners if you usually like their work or you can try a new set of cleaners. (Note: We typically work in pairs, for accountability and speed. Our hourly rates are billed per each cleaner, as the job is completed twice as fast.)
