We’re honored to be entrusted with your space and work hard to keep it clean, calm, and re-energized. We take several preventative measures to ensure an incredible house cleaning service, like being very selective when hiring, background checking, and providing extensive training both on the job and in advance.

While we don’t anticipate issues arising, we’re here to help if they do. In the future, you can opt to continue with the same cleaners if you usually like their work, or you can try a new set of cleaners. (Note: We typically work in pairs for accountability and speed. Our hourly rates are billed per cleaner, as the job is completed twice as fast.)

We don’t offer refunds because we’re confident we can do the job right. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We’d love the chance to fix things, and we apologize from the bottom of our hearts for any inconvenience.

Please keep in mind that we may need to adjust your quote upon arrival, if conditions vary from what is initially expected. We’ll contact you as soon as possible if this is the case, within the first 1-2 hours of cleaning. 

If you choose to redeem our Satisfaction Guarantee, we’re happy to revisit the property once to re-clean as needed. If you’re still not happy with the work after we’ve re-cleaned, please let us know. We take your feedback seriously and will work with you to address any remaining concerns.

Please remember that we are dedicated professionals doing our best, but some properties may not be able to look brand new due to their condition. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the best possible outcome.
