4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the policies of the servicing franchise location.
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in fees up to the full service amount.

5. Payments and Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For recurring services, you authorize us to securely store and charge your payment method.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Additional charges may apply for add-on services, excessive buildup, biohazards, unsafe conditions, or work outside the original scope.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work.
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean of the affected area.
This guarantee does not apply to:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Areas not included in the original scope of work
Damage caused by unsafe conditions, improper materials, or undisclosed risks
Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing safe and timely access to the property
Securing pets
Disclosing fragile, high-value, specialty, or easily damaged surfaces
Disclosing hazardous materials, infestations, or unsafe conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.
8. Damage and Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation of fixtures or surfaces
Damage resulting from improper materials or undisclosed conditions
Damage caused by client-supplied products or instructions
If damage occurs directly as a result of our service, liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, as determined by us.
While Lemon Fresh Cleaners and its franchise locations are bonded and insured, liability is limited as described in these Terms.
9. Merchandise and Online Store
The Site may offer limited merchandise or products for purchase.
