Lemon Fresh Cleaners is committed to creating clean, healthy, and happy spaces for you to live in or work in. We strive to be the most convenient and reliable cleaning service. Here are answers to some of the questions we get asked most about our professional cleaning services.

What’s all included?

Every Lemon Fresh Cleaners visit includes countertops, floors, mirrors, bathrooms, surfaces, and dusting, unless otherwise requested. Additionally, you’re welcome to add things like interior windows, blinds, oven cleaning, or additional time for deep cleaning. You can also have us skip areas of the home you don’t use as often. We bring our own natural, non-toxic products and equipment, including a commercial vacuum, steamer, and other tools.

Your initial Lemon Fresh Clean includes everything a recurring visit would, plus a little extra. We’ll also need to tackle any built-up dust, soap scum and hard water residue to prepare your space for future cleans. This may include wet wiping baseboards, minor detailing, ceiling fans, or anything else that appears to need extra attention. However, we’ll do our best to stick to the time budget we quote you, so we may not get to everything in this visit.

Should I be there?

It’s nice but not necessary if you can be there for a few minutes at the start of our initial clean to show us around or point out any areas that need special attention. We understand you’re busy, however, and you’re also welcome to hide the key or share a code with us. We assure you that all information and keys you provide us will be handled securely in a locked box and returned safely to you if you ever discontinue service. Keep in mind, if we cannot enter your home or the key isn’t left for us, you’ll be charged a lockout fee.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice (business days) for rescheduling or cancellations. There will be a charge for short notice cancellations and lockouts, which goes straight to the team. This ensures they are compensated fairly as our Cleaning Professionals working hard to provide for their families. However, if you’re sick and it’s your appointment day, please call/text our office by 7:30 am. We’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning. We appreciate you being courteous and not exposing us to contagious illness. Thank you.

What should I do to prepare?

We don’t ask you to prep for us, unlike other cleaning agencies. However, you can get a little more bang for your buck simply by clearing clutter that may slow us down. Here’s how to get the most from your professional cleaning service >>

We do appreciate you putting away valuables, cash, and jewelry, preferably in a lock box but at least in a drawer where it can’t be knocked off and accidentally vacuumed up. While we trust our team wholeheartedly, this protects everyone from an uncomfortable situation. Each Cleaning Professional is thoroughly vetted, background checked, bonded and insured. We also provide extensive training that ensures consistency across our team of professional Cleaning Professionals.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yep, it’s a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee or re-cleans are free. Your happiness is important to us and we want to ensure you love our work! If it’s not what you expected, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Is tipping standard?

We certainly don’t expect tips. We pay our cleaners top dollar for their hard work, more than any competitor, because be feel strongly about hiring the best people and keeping them. If the job we do exceeds your expectations, feel free to tip. However, the best thing you can do is to have us keep coming back!
